Terms of use
Last updated 19 October 2026
The short version: the games are free. Play fair, be respectful, and don't try to cheat.
Who we are
Naija Arcade (naija-arcade.pages.dev) is made in Nigeria by Emmanuel Emeka Ndubuisi. By playing, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy page. Questions: naijaarcade.ng@gmail.com.
Free to play
All games on Naija Arcade are free. There are no payments on this website.
Accounts and names
- An account is optional. Keep your PIN to yourself: anyone with your name and PIN can use your account.
- Names shown on leaderboards and at live tables must not be rude, hateful, pretend to be someone else, or contain phone numbers or links. We may change or remove such names.
Play fair
- No cheating, bots, automated play, or tampering with scores, saves or our server.
- Be respectful in live games and quick reactions.
- We may remove scores, reset points or block access when these rules are broken.
No prizes or gambling
Points, leaderboards and wins are for fun and bragging rights only. They have no money value and can't be exchanged for cash.
Games inside Lagos Life
- Naija Whot and Naija Ludo can be played inside the Lagos Life app (by Vatar). There, Lagos Life's own terms also apply.
- Extras (for example premium card backs, boards, or the crown) are optional, cosmetic, and bought only through Lagos Life's pay sheet. Prices are shown before you pay. Each one-off extra is yours to keep on your Lagos Life account. Refunds are handled by Lagos Life under its rules.
- Matches with stakes (when available) use Lagos Life game money only: never real money, and never cashed out. Lagos Life holds the stakes and pays the pot. If a player stops playing or never turns up, the computer may finish their turns, and the result goes to the players still playing.
- If something goes wrong with a purchase or a match, contact us and we'll work it out with Lagos Life.
The games themselves
- The games, artwork, names and code belong to Naija Arcade and the people who made them. Please don't copy or republish them without permission.
- Traditional games such as Whot, Ludo, Ayo and Draughts belong to everyone. Our versions, designs and artwork are our own.
Things we can't promise
We work hard to keep the games running and fair, but they're provided as they are. Games can change, be paused or be removed, and sometimes progress or a live game may be lost because of a bug or a connection problem. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from using the games.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play means you accept the update.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
